save not allowed because file extracted from another user

as from title, I have the problem of saving on some files because my writing appears: the file is extracted from another user!
This is actually not true because it is just me who work on these files!
solutions?
I use the 2013 version with sp 1.1

It happened after an inventor crash.

check in the task manager if there are inventor instances that should not be there and if there are crates
reopen inventor and try again.
in the worst case you have to save the file by name

Once inventor is closed by the task manager, there are no open instances.
I reopened inventor but the problem appears again, even on the table. renouncing the problem disappears.
I am doubtful that the problem was born after "recreate everything" command, and it is from there that created problems on the rescue both on the models and on the tables!
Tomorrow I try to test on other files.

sometimes it happens to me, especially if the file is derived or connected to other files.
Sometimes I solve by closing inventor, sometimes by turning off the pc.
I had to rename once. . .
