save pdf and dxf only with a click...

I would like to know if you can configure the rescue in pdf and dxf without switching from save by name and then choose the format.
or I would like to configure the top bar with an icon so as to reduce the steps, since we do hundreds of pdf and dxf in the company. we use sw 2015
so many operations can be configured, but I haven't managed with these.

when a company pays a salary to a designer, it must also put it in the condition of working at best.
Updated software and proper machine are indispensable prerequisites.
If, as you say, treat hundreds of pdf and dxf is essential that you optimize the procedures for creating these documents.

I don't want to sell you a pdm by force, but there are good products around at low prices in my opinion.
Get a couple of vendors to make you demos, show them what you need, make you do simulations, quotes, etc.
Then maybe you don't buy, but in the meantime you smelled the air that pulls.

we make very simple designs and we have only one designer.
And yet I do not imagine how my company could be without pdm.

if you have sw professional (or better for you premium ) you can do everything with "planning utility"
set the folder where you have the drawings and do everything to him.
You can do more.. :
