hello to all, I would like to ask you a question fruit of pure curiosity:
with creo 3.0 I am finishing a assembled composed of about twenty different parts, almost all shaped by me. in the project folder (where I hold the assembly, the various parts and tables) there are almost 400 files between the various .prt .asm and .drw.
the question is precisely this, how come so many files? ?
for the only assembled I have 77 parts (asm.2 - .3 - .4 - .... - .76 - .77)
possible that every little change that you make to an object you create a new version?
and finally, eliminate all the old versions of a part or a set and leaving only the most recent, is it a correct move to earn in terms of size and order? or is it likely to compromise its work?
I tried to search the forum but I wasn't lucky. :frown:
thanks in advance
