Hello everyone

After a static simulation of solidworks2009, I would like to save the deformed model, as well as it was calculated in the simulation. to read the online help should be possible, in the chapter "saving the deformed silhouette" says

right click on the results folder and select create body from the deformed template

... but this voice "creates body" is not about to find it.. .

Does anyone have any suggestions?
thanks and greetings

Hello Pauline,
control well in the guide, however it seems to me that not all cases it is possible to save the deformed or rather not in all finite element analysis modules. but surely in the static must allow it. check if it's a problem of axioms.

Hi.
thank you x the answer, unfortunately I made several attempts: analysis of assemblies, single parts, multibody parts, meshati in different ways, with different solutors, with and without great movements.... in short: more (always only static analysis), but nothing, I did not find a case in which I was comaprise I am commanding. I think there's something to activate around...
boh, I'll make more attempts, if anyone comes up with ideas, they're good. even if I suspect it is a function that they only put in the help :(

click on results with the dx button go down... see the attached image. I don't remember if sw 2009 did. sw2010 yes.
