scale insertion of a block

I'm an autocad mole.
Can you help me understand how to insert the furniture? ?
I am trying to insert a double bed but I can't set the measure.. help me? ?

If you are entering a block, you will need to give the insert scale during the command, or change the object properties after insertion. read the command line.

In fact, if the design is correctly set as udm (unit control) and idem for the definition of block, the element is automatically dimensioned.
