scale parts and surfaces

Hello everyone, I have a small problem in the use of catia.. .
I downloaded a bearing to insert into a product, but to adapt it to my product that has different sizes I would need to scale it.
So I downloaded it first in .catprod but I couldn't change its size in toto, i.e. I couldn't resize the whole product together.
I also downloaded it as .igs but nothing.
Can you do this? Can you help me?

What do you mean to download in .catprod and .igs? did you try to climb it in the partdesign module?

I mean I dumped it from the manufacturer's website in those two different formats

in igs join the surfaces and create a solid, made this in part design steps as you want

why scale an existing product to create an existing product?
choose the bearing that fits your project and download it.
on the website http://www.skf.com/portal/skf/home/products?maincatalogue=1&newlink=first〈=itSimply registering you can access an infinity of types and choose the right one.

Thank you very much for the answer.
the fact is that my product is a derivation from an image so the measurements are neither accurate nor consistent with the order of magnitude of any bearing. I can of course easily change these measures. I was interested in resize just as better knowledge of catia.. I guess I wanted to know how to do something more... but if you can't do anything.
