scale problem with lattice and dashed lines

as from title it has been for a week that if I try to make a dotted line or put a retino in autocad, the result is an unchangeable line/fill in any way .. going into property' and changing directly from them the scale does not change anything , and also opening a new file the result is the same.... some ideas:

is it not that by chance you try to change, in the property pane, the "line type scale" in the general section instead of "scale" in the model section?
