scale problems for inserting tool table blocks

Bye to all,
I've had something unusual. I created tables in which there are blocks. the problem is that when I go to insert these blocks into a new file many times I insert them or larger or smaller than the size I used to create them. Can you tell me why this is happening to me?

by tables I mean "tobe tools" on autocad (version 2012)

set the design units in an inconsistent manner compared to those of the blocks
e.g., design in mm and block in inches or vice versa

Where can I check how they're both set?

Well. the design set it with _dddunits
the block set it in the properties of the block
if you select and see the properties should tell you in what unit is realized

the units of the design were in millimeters and those of the blocks in in inches....but when I go to the property I do not get the drop down menu that allows me to change the other units. How do you change? cmq thanks mbt you are a great I was going crazy ahaaha

command _bedit
edit the block and at that point, in the properties of the block, you can assign them the drive that best suits you
