scale problems in print phase

I used the 14th, I use 2008 that I did not work for + time, I had the need to create a circle radius 91 units with inscribed a 7-sided polygon, all I wanted to bring it back on a plywood, I printed and I noticed that the dimensions of the ray on the paper were 76 mm, the print I performed it with the command plot both from drawing and from layers (with the same result) having set the scale 1:1 what I have to do? Where do they sing?

I had just reformed the pc and then reinstated 2008
I printed the drawing in object with the plot command (print model, without selecting any print style) with epson stylus dx4400 printer that I just brought to the dealer as it did not print + (in guarantee), (I think they buy a b/n laser cannon), so unfortunately I will not be able to compare with your answer,
I attach the dwg file, if you feel anything else please details my request as it is a few months that I do not train with autocad (alzimer)

wrong to set the scale of the layout window.
if you go to the layout and select the window, in the properties you will notice that there is a scale of 0,84 and not of 1. The scale error is all there.
