scale railing - modeling problem

Good morning, I created a goose scale to l (uplifted by 19.5 and weighed by 25 cm), I would also like the railing that revit puts me by default (although I would like to learn to farm them alone and I did not understand much), the problem is that revit intersects the currents with the steps in addition to the fact that it manages the inclination not according to the inclination of the scale but "at". place photos to make the problem understand. when modeling the railing uses "setting on host" and "peded" selections.

Good morning to all, I still have a problem with the ladder.
I modeled the floors and walls for differentiated stratigraphy (structural package-internal finishing-external finishing), then with different models.
What I can't understand is why if I go to introduce the ladder I can't connect it to the two floors properly. do offset base +0.20 (often finish), but on the upper floor does not connect to the right height.
