I wanted to compare with you on what method you use for research/management articles in inventor.
provided that we do not use any pdm and with the passing of time the number of drawings has grown exponentially.
I often use articles already designed in other assemblies. and many times when we don't remember drawing it already, the same object we find it with two different codes. today we rely only on memory.
I wanted to ask if on inventor there is the possibility of a search command through description that searches in the archive finding you the corresponding code.
example:
I need to use a spacer for a tree of 30 lg. 30mm. since all the spacers designed follow the rule in the string description of: " spacer for tree d. xxx - lg. xxx", I would like to do a search in my archive to see if it already exists. Is there a way or some application to do that?
At the same time, I also wanted to add if there is a method or application to perform the implosion or explosion of an article in inventor.
