from what I know you cancel and do again.
You can't turn one type of section into another.
p.s. if the only thing you need to show extra is the hole and if this is in the unspoiled model part, you could do it with the break view.

it is not possible to make a section in a section of revolution. you must then use another type of view to do what you want.
