I have read many times the forum but I have only registered today and take the opportunity to greet all and ask you a question.:biggrin:

when a structural pillar in the plants is being seen in the revit piazzo the section motifs I have chosen and in other views the surface motifs. Now is it possible to tie the display of these motifs to the level of detail of the view?

for example a pillar at 200 I want to see it in the plant as a rectangle and stop while at 10 I want to see it with a sampling.

Yes, it is enough to make the sampling in the structural pillars in view of 200 through the replacement of visibility/graphics. in the plant at 200 selections one of the pillars, right button > replace graphic view > by category... and under projection/superficial reasons click the button replace and remove the flag from visible.

... or select the level of detail (high/medium/low) of the view, which however acts on all families ....

the solution of tristan works well even if very different from how I hoped:tongue:

the solution proposed by gfrank was exactly what I hoped to work and instead......mi spiego....from that (poco) that I understood the visibility of lines or solids belonging to a family based on the liv. of detail should be set when you create the family (e.g. if I make a door parameters I can see only a liv of high detail), unfortunately nn I managed to parameterize the reason of section/superie

Any ideas?

the same situation you can apply it to the pillars:
- in family properties turn off the display of the pillar at the low level of detail;
- add in view of plant (of the family) a model line equal to the perimeter of the pillar (with parameters of size = to those of the pillar) that will be turned off in the views at medium and high level
