section that does not return thread of a hole

I would like to know if someone has any idea why the partially threaded hole of the greaser is represented so
the realization of the hole is preceded by the genesis of a normal plane to the surface on site on which I applied a circle that I then destroyed (addition of material): obtained a flat surface I first made a smooth pass hole phi 3 and then on the same surface I made a threaded hole m5

the section is also passing through the center of the hole (in drawing environment)

the assembly hole has a different inclination than yours. at 45° the first while your looks at 30°
the end of the hole must fall in the middle of the bearing seat. that is the unprescindable point from which it compels the drilling.

solved: the problem was the plan on which I defined the sketch that cannot be created as normal local to the surface (otherwise the result is what I posted)
