1- Why two tabs?
2- I would avoid fe 360 for both, at least c45
3- maybe you had to post on the forum "mechanical design".

1-would you find more appropriate the choice of a coupling with grooved profiles?
It's the first one I had evaluated, but not having to transmit large couples, the choice of tabs seemed cheaper to me.

2- the hub is a standard piece (it is a fe360), so I can only intervene on the tree
