separate components - only parts

hi to everyone, I just use sw (first I used inventor) and I can't get out of this situation. I have available sw2009 and in a group with subgroups I have inserted not only single parts, but also pieces (e.g. a cylinder) composed of several parts and saved as under axiemi. here is the scheme:

general
part
part
part
under cylinder
stem
body body
part
part

when I make the distinction of the whole machine, using the configuration only parts (so that all the equal details appear) the sub assemblies disappear (rightly). I would like to transform the sub assemblies like the cylinder into a single part (I don't know if you can then move it equally) so that everything appears as part and nn as together.

Can anyone help me? Thank you.

you could remove the stem and the cylinder body and leave in the distinct only the nomination cylinder of the assembly (if I understand well what you have to do is put in the distinct name of the commercial cylinder).

I am trying to save all those details that (even wrongly) I had saved as assemblies (cuscinets, motors, gearboxes, etc) in single parts. It is obvious that saving them so I no longer have a chance to move them because sw replaces them with faces, but I wanted to preserve the possibility of movement for cylinders so as to continue to see them. . .
Do you think that's possible?

Otherwise I don't know exactly how to do, because the only way to get the sum result of all the components (which are not under axioms created to organize the project) is to select only parts.
In practice at the end I want that by doing the general distinction do not appear under "logistic" assemblies but only and exclusively the parts (they are parts or assemblies as the cylinder) with the sum of all equal details. . .

the thing was possible with inventor because there was more chance to hide or skip what you wanted simply by popping it out of the table. I don't really know how to do this.. .

Let's see if it works, I'll put you here what I need to do. .

If you put an address on your pc, I think it's hard for you to open.
However prim acausa has been unclear.
in the subaxieme of the cylinder go into the properties of the configurations and in "distinct options materials" selections hide.
from the guide:[...Nascondi

Sorry for the link... I try to explain myself better. I already know how to do so that the parts (body and stem) that make up a cylinder disappear from distinct materials (at first I tried to make it a single part). My problem is to make sure that all parts appear with the quantities multiplied by the subaxieme that contains them, and to exclude from the view the subaxieme. I hope the dropbox link will work now...

better than looking at this link, I put two sheets, in the first is how I have the structure together with its subaxis and the second is how I would like to have it then pass everything to my colleague.

understand what you mean you should solve it like this, make distinct materials with re-entry, will show sub-axis and parts, after which you go to hide the lines you don't need (such as the stem and the body present in the cylinder).
p.s. remember to put flat numbering.

if not another solution would be to open up main together and to "dissolve subassieme", however then and as if I had inserted the parts directly into the main set.

I managed to fix it, even though I'm not very convinced about the method! I found the dissolved command and merge similar components and I exported everything to excel.. .
thanks anyway to all for the advice!

the solution gave you massivon.
in the configuration properties of your sub-assieme you must set 'hidden'.
