separate cutting on multibody parts

Good morning to all, I am a mechanical designer and I am trying to optimize the design flow of the technical office where I work. It's the first time I've been writing here and I do it because I can't find a solution to my problem. I searched long and wide on the internet and also paid lessons on sw uselessly.

Let me explain the problem.

new part of sheet metal

when creating a new sheet also automatically creates the separate cut with the first body.
of course by clicking with the dx button you can access the properties of that body and add/remove/change the items that you automatically create. But I have some problems I can't solve.

1 - as seen in the image attached imm_1 you cannot change the properties until you remove the flag in the linked column. How can I set default that there is no "locked" property?

2 - I installed sw2019 clean and from I started to create the defaults of the parts/assiemi/drw. always visible in the imm_1 there are a whole series of properties that have been proposed to me by sw2019. is it possible to change this list? is there a default file to edit where to add rows that will appear each time I draw a sheet?

the modifications I need to correctly extract the detailed cut and you can use it in a commercial management

I don't think it's possible, you can still try to remove all the spuns and save it as a model and see what happens.

in the part template creates the cut differential with the welding command

, right-click on this icon that you find in the feature manager and fill out the properties that interest you. these properties will be propagated to the cut-off and when you make a new part you will find already inserted

the welding speech applies to the bodies created with extrusion type. for sheet metal bodies does not work

the welding function allows to propagate to the separate the preset properties; Since the creation of a sheet generates a separate cut, exactly as a structural member, in addition to the default properties of the sheet you will also have those inserted in the welding function.

I assure you that's what I did. I created the default already with the soldering function inserted and with the properties put as you say.. I assure you it's not right. I'll play the part tomorrow when I get to the office. .
