separate export base in xls

Hello, everyone.
my inventor 2010, suddenly no longer allows me to export a separate base in xls format (by means of the "export" command from "list parts". the error message provided is as follows: "mistake in the saveas method for the workbook class".
Does anyone have any idea what happened and for kindness can help me?

is usually autodesk on its own portal that provides all updates but I'm afraid that they don't manage anymore 2010 start from 2011
so you just have to hope that someone will make available from the internet a download for 2010 or someone who has already downloaded it and you will spend it with programs like dropbox

I found the service packs from 1 to 4 and installed them, but nothing changed. however, I uninstalled office and everything is back to work!
some conflict with some office component, obviously!

actually the problem was born with the switch from office 2007 to office 2010, but with the service packs I solved
