sequence migration file

I do not remember with which sequence it is advisable to migrate files from the old to the new release.

ipt.iam and idw or is it better to do the opposite?

theoretically you should start from ipts (have less relations with objects not yet converted (except for derived )
then switch to iams (they should load already converted components (except for assemblies )
and finally the idw (these will have to load all objects already migrated.
