serial number wrong inventor pro 2010

hi I am an inventor user for years, but after countless installations it happened to me that I erroniously inserted a wrong namber serial pr activate my inventor professional suite 2010.
I can't change the serial number manulmente. I made the request with autodesk email with the right serial number and sent me the activation code but when I go to insert it I don't find the way to change the wrong code. . .
someone to a solution to the problem... thanks in advance

definitely ask the assistance procedure to put the accidental error in place.

I don't remember but the serial number should be manageable if you re-install. However, try from the control panel to do "install settings". I don't remember exactly, it's been a few years since I installed them in the company where I worked.
