hello to all, I should generate tooth compartments on a belt that has a fairly articulated path.
then generated the sketch and the feature should serialize it along the belt itself.

I would like to create a series of work along a spiral. I always talk in part environment since I should serialize an extrusion. Is it possible to do it? in practice a series of holes along a propeller.. I did some tests but without any good result.. thank you all and good day!!! :finger: alcohol:

depends on which version you use. I know that in 2015 just use the rectangular series and select as column a sketch that is the path. I don't remember what version they introduced it.

exactly what I saw doing in the video tutorials of the infiniteskills. I have to admit that so far I have not read a line of any manual but only watched videos, and all the effects with inventor are already fully operational. After passing by other cad 3d, I now see inventor as an easy, spontaneous and intuitive design program.
