service pack install

How do I install a service pack?? I have catia v4 r20 p3 and after installing it when I go on profile in sketcher tools I disappear line icons, arc ....reading on the site is installing the service pack but from where do I install it?? Is there a particular file? ?

I eliminated everything... but the service pack is a separate thing?

you have to install it separately is practically an addition to the basic package with improvements etc.
