service pack inventor 10

Good morning to all,
I am new to the forum...
I wanted to kindly ask if someone can help me find inventor 10 service packs.
on the official website are no longer available.
If someone tells me where I can recover them because I have problems with inventor after I reinstalled on a new pc.

I think the only way to get them is to call your dealer.
rel. 10 is no longer installable, even for those who have the subscription.
I don't think that's right, as money spent doesn't expire while the license agreement, modified in recent years, yes.
the subsciption allows to install and use, on the same machine, the current rel. and the two preceding.
It seems to me that we can still use rel. 11 (by way of derogation from the above limitation) but I am not sure.
