set autocad 2010 with dedicated video card

last week my brother bought a new laptop where a 2gb graphics card of ram ddr5 is installed and after installing autocad tried to perform a render and realized that the composition of the render went to snaps as it puts too much time to perform the operation even if the object to render was a simple rectangle , so I saw in the settings of the autocad that the program exploits the video card

edit: the video card has nothing to do with rendering in autocad. That's all about the processor!
