hi to all, with previous versions inventor gave you the opportunity to create custom wallpapers in studio environment...now, not from which version this can no longer be done. Do you happen to know a site with different backgrounds or any way to create them?
I speak of simple backgrounds in 2 color shaded... .

Good morning.
I don't understand what you mean by creating backgrounds.
inventor studio currently allows to perform renders even with the same background used in design environment (presentation, dark grey, etc.) in which you can insert a picture of your choice as background (tool panel => application options => color card).
if instead you are requiring the insertion of a context "simil -3d" like the wallpapers "old warehouse" "country road" etc. the thing becomes more complex, not being there direct possibility (or at least I did not find it) to import hdr wallpapers like for example on 3dsmax.

in the folder: c:\users\public\documents\autodesk\inventor 2016\environments
you can find examples of how the local lights of inventor studio are composed. as you will see you can match them also to photos that are simple png.

the possibility of creating a custom hdri environment is something that has always intrigued me but I never found the possibility of doing it, from what I understood inventor does not preview the possibility of creating custom enviroment, but I found the way to insert a new environment, I share it with the forum as it can be very useful.
