shape a tortile column with revit lt

Hello everyone, it is the first time I write and it is recently that I use revit (version lt). I find this forum very interesting and useful.
I have a problem and hope that some of you can help me, I have to model a villa of the 1930s last century and I came across a drill with twisted columns. help, how do you model a tortile column with revit??? panic.

It's not something you can explain with 4 lines on a forum, I'm sorry. If you can model it in autocad or rhino, to do 2 names, do it there and import it in revit
