shared sketches

I need clarification about shared sketches, I come from software where they are not used.

I do an example: I have an extrusion with its sketch that defines its profile, of the same I have to make a first trait with the same profile but offset of x mm.

Do I have to do all 2 templates in the same sketch and use them alternately or can I create a new sketch and offset the curves in this?

I hope I've been able to make myself understand, from the online guide I understand very little.

Why do I use that in Italian?

I'm trying but it doesn't allow me to use the curves of another sketch and offset them.

The sketch is shared, but I can't select it for the command.

I'm obviously wrong, but what?

sketch on the top, project surface and do the offset of the profile that interests you (which is the one generated by the first sketch )

Okay, if I have to change the first sketch then I have to repeat the operation.
Is there no way to hook the offset to the entities of the first sketch?
