Hello. I should create this sheet with bending hits with solidworks but, being at first arms with the sheet module, I got stuck and I can't realize it. Could someone please tell me how to make it?

Thank you.WhatsApp Image 2024-08-30 at 17.00.04.webp

No, maybe I didn't explain. is a sheet thickness 6 mm wide 25. in the image you do not see the width. I would like to draw the sheet in order to obtain also the development

by the method I wrote, can't you? Where are you? What's wrong with you?
Did you do the inside tutorial on the sheets?

for development you can consider the folds of 150° and 165°, very wide, as obtained by rolling, then with a neutral line passing very close to the center, ie a factor k of 0,4-0,5 mm.
to the external quota 28,1 shall be removed 0,4; to the quota 97,9 and to all those of 77,7 shall be removed 0.8; to the quota 73,4 shall be removed 0.4 and 5; to the quota 66 shall be removed 5mm.
the fold of 110° is not well defined, because it depends a lot on the tools used.
However, the sum of external quotas is 653,9 mm, while the sum of deduction quotas is 15,6 mm.
the difference between 653,9 and 15,6 which gives 638,3 represents theoretical development. of 6mm sheet.

Why do I have to remove 0.4 and 0.8? Do you already know what equipment r equipment should use? but above all what does all this have to do if you are asking how to make the model with solidworks?

There are at least 3 ways to shape it and achieve development. the shortest is to draw the profile contained in the image without the fittings, only the lines with living edges, "extrude" with the command "basic flange tongue" give a depth of 25, a thickness of 6 mm, a fold radius and remember to set the opening parameters of the sheet (I use the factor k, detected in an experimental way). if you do not have a test reference k factor with a 0.35, you should not be far away.

How do you charge a rifle if you don't have ammunition? I did not enter the program that is used, but I gave some basic indications that are also valid with different tools.
I gave some real cartridges, without which you will never be able to upload a program.
the external quotas are fundamental for the calculation of the development, as could be the internal ones, but not recommended.
to refuse these considerations a priori, is to say that I do not have to learn the tabelline, because the operations make me the calculator. the numbers though we have studied them.
it will be interesting however to check, how much the development given by solidworks differs from 638,3.
to calculate it, I had fun.

If the rifle would be a solidworks analogy you gave arrows to load it. a solidworks to build that pattern rubs nothing to know how much it withdraws, gives it the final data and then he returns the development according to the k factor that is attributed to every single fold.
If a person asks how to use a program, in the program section, they give him that information because they need it, then others can be added to the corollary.
Besides, you should know very well that the k factor depends on bent radius, used quarry and material therefore not being there any of these data in the request you fired numbers and only you know the origin.

it would not be bad to stay in your area and avoid using metaphors at home

You haven't gone far, though, 640.2. however I solved following the indications of "re_solidworks" that I thank. of fact my need was to draw the sheet and have a theoretical development that obviously varies also sensibly with the value of the factor k. for this my bending machine (almost pointy) asks me to insert the k factor according to the thickness of the sheet to align with the value it uses in the machine.

I refrain from answering, because there would be too many mistakes to correct in what you say.
I know for sure that you don't like my posts, but I want to remind you that I have already clamorously denied your technical statements (see for example. the feasibility of certain folds), so see that you too should not go out of your sown.
it is not a race to those who know more, but to give certain information, targeted and verified to those who need it, see factor k.

as you said:
hi, I just wanted to make you understand that it is not enough to choose thickness, quarry and punch, to determine a k, also serve the type of material and the fold angle.
think that the fold angle is much more decisive than the thickness of the material!
as these variables are many, the combinations are endless, so you will never automate your steps on the program, without entering the k.
However, you can standardize a k for similar bends, so as to limit the number and insert them into a table.
while in this case without having any of these data you managed to extrapolate development. ♪
I refrain from answering, because there would be too many mistakes to correct in what you say.
I prefer that you do not correct me anything so that you can continue ignorantly to make the correct developments for my company that if the wheel of luck turns does not make sense to interrupt it.
