sheet frame in the layout is not printed

use autocad 2004 mechanical and I have a problem when molding from the layout.
sending the print to the window option, the sheet frame to 4 with the header of the studio disappears.

I didn't set the file: so I don't know what my predecessor did.
what can depend on?
I imagine there may be various possibilities. Maybe you know some!

Try to check if that frame is on a layer that doesn't print?
Is it on the defpoints layer?
