I'm freaking out with a client about developing a sheet.
attached an iges file...it requires tearing edges as from images without adding folds to living edges.View attachment tek.zipThanks for any idea.

You're freaking out why, I don't see any problems.

Have you ever used sheet metal functions? Just convert and tear the edges.
Moreover you are using imperial measuring units, the thickness is 25.4 mm ....

the file is an igs and therefore the unit does not matter...riesco to convert the sheet part only if I add the folds to the perpendicular edges to those highlighted in the image previously. .
I am impazendo to convert this sheet without bending those edges..is it possible?

I downloaded your file and converted it to sheet without problems.
no matter the unit of measurement, no matter the version of the program.
If you better explain what you care... maybe we can help you, otherwise you can always call the customer care of ptc.

with creo you do with only tears, if I don't remember badly in pro/e you have to add the folds.

As I wrote you at first, you have to tell me the version used.
the method has changed in the most recent versions.

with creo 2 I performed the 4 tears and the flat series is developed without problems.
