sheet thickness and internal radius

hi to all, when you make a new part in sheet, I create the sketch and then select command "basic fringe" and it makes me select the thickness as from image
after I go to the posts sheet button dx mode function
and known that it puts me as default radius 0.2Now I ask you from where do I set the default fittings based on the thickness I insert??????, in a few words that 0,2 solid from where does it go to take? ? ?

if you make the profile sheet open in the first image the fold radius should appear; the fact that you don't have the voice I get it only if I make base flange from a closed profile. This is obviously wrong.
the curing radius should take it from the tables you set in file>table positions of bending sheet which is more or less c:\program files\solidworks corp\solidworks\lang\italian\sheetmetal bend tables

It's not bad that I've been pointing you to answer otherwise. . .
you checked if you have an indexed folder in this location positions file>plate bending sheet ?
Did you do a search in the installation directory of solidworks?
Are you making a blank sheet closed or open?
