Good morning to all,

during the design of a carter I am tripped into a problem that I cannot solve. I have to create a carter with radius 30 folds and on this fold I have to make a flange (see attached image).
the problem is that I can't find a solidworks tool that allows me to do this and get a flat repetition to send the component into production. I currently worked flanges creating a profile and extruding with a sweep function.

simply a fold like that cannot be done. is a process of funnel and not simple bending

or interrupt the flange in proximity to the folds or you can not do it through bending.
