shifting objects

good morning, as from video attached, with onshape I can move an object through mats even in the 'part' environment, without entering together. Is it possible to do it with inventor? I saw that there is 'move bodies' but it's not the same thing obviously. . Thank you.

there is also the "direct" command to act on the body of the part and gives more flexibility but it does not seem (possibly wrong) there is this interesting possibility. . .
