Is there any way to set up "the eye" hiding all kinds, so that when I activate the eye, you only show me certain things, for example only sketches and axes? ?

Can't you set the template with just triggering the views that interest you and then activating hide everything? then steps from hidden everything to view axes and sketches

the eye has two settings: activated or disabled.
when it is activated, then when the icon presents a recess hides all types of entities; this state is not sectable
when deactivated, then the icon does not show reliefs or recesses, shows the selected entities, then showing the icon with return; this state is sectable
what is shown is what is set when saving the template, if you activate/disable an icon that only applies to the current model.
