simulate transferable constraints ansys

hello to all I would need help to simulate transferable constraints.
I have to carry out a modal analysis through ansys in such a way that I can compare it with what I have done experimentally, only that the bond in the experimental analysis has turned out to be poorly done and undergoing the movements of 1 mm in direction x and 1 mm in direction y... how can I simulate these same movements in ansys?

if the bond is a wall, use a "shell" (I don't remember the number) that has between the constants that of "winkler" that allows you to choose a transferability
