Good morning to all,

I would need to know if someone tried to simulate the behavior of a bearing in his home.

Suppose we have a set consisting of a tree, two bearings and a body where the bearings are stored, I have to do the modal analysis.

to bind the shaft I create two remote displacement resting on a Carthian coordinate system with center on the faces of the tree where the bearings are to be housed, I prevent the 3 translations in the bearing that has the axial bar and 2 axial traslations in the other. all spins leave them free.

But now I have to connect the faces of the tree where the bearings are housed with the corresponding faces of the bearing seat where the outer ralla goes in interference. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Hey, I have your own problem. Did you manage to solve it? Is it possible for the static analysis to proceed in another way in the imposition of constraints?
thanks michele
