single cable design

Bye to all,
I've always designed electric motors, but I didn't need to create complicated cablings, I was riding with simple assemblies of cables and connectors. I am now creating for the first time to create permanently assembled cablings, connectors, terminals, but with cables passing through also tubes, ties and ferrites, and with various directions.
having never used the wiring environment to directly create the cables from the assembly, I tried to use it but I did not really succeed.
Does anyone know how to explain to me?

being the first weapons and therefore novice of the cablings with creo 3.0 how can I define the points for the various trajectories, as from your example? I always dwelled on the engine as a mechanical part but never cared about the electric part.
cables must connect connector terminals with free terminals, from ferrite to tube
then I will have another 6-way connector connected to another 6-way connector.

from the image you have attached, it seems to me that your cables lie on one floor. if this is true the thing is very simple do a sketch with the path that interests you. otherwise you must change or add the coordinates of the reference points until you pass the curves where you want.

I repeat; My method does not use the wiring application, I just need to evaluate the cable paths and their encumbrance, so I simply model the parts, using all the features available.

the wiring without the ad hoc package, you can manage precisely as parts, I normally design on 2 floors the curves (maybe from the top and side) and then project the curves together, with the resulting 3d curve, I go sweep and concludo.
attention that the most complex trajectories, are to be created with more 3d sweep tangents among themselves, thus resulting from more curves.
