Unfortunately, they are scams. for that money give a pirated software on dvd, letting it be original.

What kind of response do you want? which reports / documentation can we provide you?
I never thought I'd get screwed to make a precise report, but if you care, let us know.

alternatively call the massacre, the manufacturer, and ask if the reported seller is authorized, as I did for a very similar site.

autodesk produces oem versions for different software, it is software for the development of third parties, therefore not dedicated to the end user.
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteid=123112&id=23816171For example if I wanted to develop a specific cad to design cakes, I could take autocad oem I can remove the orginal logos, add the mei special commands for cakes, and finally re-archite all as "merasso cad", to resell it at a greater price than the autocad oem license.
therefore, for autodesk is special stuff, with particular license contracts, for developers only
