I would like to ask you some suggestions for the sizing of the clamps of a tie. We start from the situation below.

the size of the shutter is set (diameter 12mm), as well as that of the fixing plate. I have to check only the clamps, how do I have to make sure that the hypothesized ones have the correct size and shape? to what norm should I refer to? in particular what worries me at the distance indicated with the question mark.
