sketch nx11 - elements not selectable

Nx11. I would like to be able to work on a sketch making all the elements of the model insensitive. I'll explain. If I create a line or circle I would like to be sure not to select any item in the background.
Is that possible?

hi,I don't know if I understood your question at best.I understood that you don't want to bind to any item already present, so you have to select in the menu (see image) "within work part only" .I use nx 10.0
