sketch on table to insert in the view

I would like to add a sketch on a particular table.
I create the sketch but I can't project the geometry of the view placed on the table, cossiche can help me to position the sketch.
Why?
Then I create the sketch and make it visible on the detail in 3d, except, I open the table, I load the view, and nothing does not even appear.
Can you do that?
