ski how to draw it?

Good morning
useless to say, I have a problem, I should draw a ski with inventor but I can't figure out how to do it
Then:
1: design the ski seen from above in sketch 2d
2: I close the sketch and extrude by assigning the thickness
3: At this point I should raise the tip of the ski but how?

second solution
1: design the ski seen side (profile)
2: I close the sketch and extrude by assigning the width of the ski
3: At this point I must round the tip but how do I do if it does not make me select a curved plan to work on?

Surely it will be my very little experience in using the software but I'm going crazy it seems simple but I can't....
