Good morning, everyone. I recently met this forum and am really happy with this discovery.
I tried to look into the discussions already present a solution for my problem but I couldn't find something fit.
to make it short I should realize a sliding system of a component already prepared with holes to accommodate any bearings or bushings of 25mm to be framed. all should flow on two bars of about 16mm diameter.
looking for components suitable for purpose I managed to find only linear bearings with external diameter of 24 or 26 mm that would not be suitable.
Since I was never found with such a situation I wanted to ask you what solutions can be found considering that there is no need for high precision in the sliding of the piece.

a scheme would make it easier to understand the assembly and explanation you provided, because I'm not sure if you specifically need a bearing with external diameter 25mm and inner 16mm and any other measure is not okay.

thanks for the answers.

I put in a scheme to clarify the situation better.

the holes in which I should insert the bearings are from 25mm and I cannot enlarge them.

He forgives ignorance, but I don't know kus. Maybe that's what it takes.

Thank you!

I couldn't find it with internal diameter 16mm and external diameter 25mm. Are they even made to measure them? or do you think it's enough to insert thicknesses?

You could do something like that.
a returned mouthpiece from ø25 to ø18
and then insert a self-lubricating ku bushing as suggested by @asblo

you can use a sliding compass of fibro, hole dia 16 - external dia 28 - length 23,

code 2051.72.016.023.

or you can use the guide compasses drill bits, if you spray on the catalog norelem you find everything.

Yes. I can change the diameter but between 16.5mm and 15. under the holes for the bearings there is the hole the trees that is little less than 17mm (I can't get there to make a more precise measure). if I too close the diameter of the trees I run the risk that they sneeze. the load is not huge we are about 10 kg with a lever of 25cm.

you have an unsurpassed bond to use standard bushings

you don't have much choice then
or do as you suggested @ pietro2002or as I suggested to you in post #8
the advantage of my suggestion is that if you spoil the self-lubricating ku compass you can replace it
easily.
instead when changing a standard component, in case of replacement... you must always change it to fit your situation

if then to the compass ku add also two rings shave stems.. better yet

as high precision is not required you can:
plant a reduction bushing (as indicated by @vittori )to then insert the bearing or the self-lubricating tan
-make yourself a custom bronzine with your measurements; wear, which will depend on the material used and the type of work to which it is subject, for a x period will return to the imprecision accepted by you ° (there are the sintered bronze bars of the cps to be able to work)
-if the tree is 15mm you can use the bnz type bushing of the isb that d25, d15, l18 with the possibility, to carefully evaluate, to return a few tenth to adapt it
-contact some bearing and bronzine supplier and ask for advice

thank you very much for all the suggestions!

wear is not a problem... there will be only a few daily scoring
In this regard I was wondering if it was not possible to use a compact 24mm bearing and thicken it with a 0.5mm sheet to get a "reduction bushing" from 1mm (25 to 24).
