slow and flashing autocad problem

Good morning to all,
is from qlk gg that I notice an unusual slowness in autocad (2017). Moreover, at the same time to such slowness, I noticed that when I move a drawing to the left or right of the desktop, the design itself begins to do up and down and does not stop until I open it to the whole screen. Do you have any idea what's going on? ho autocad 2017

update windows? possible.
Could be a lot of things, but I don't think autocad (though if you put it on screen looks like it works well or not? )

I think you're right. in fact I found problems in windows update since it cannot find updates and an icon with a red shield appears. thanks for giving me the input I will try to solve the problem
