slow and snappy problems if st4

hello to all;
in the company we have replaced the hd with ssds;
I installed if on the two machines (from i7 with windows 7 and video card nvidia framework 2000);
there is now the problem that are very snappy; especially on the zoom and when you rotate the axieme.
the more the axieme is great, the more it becomes impossible to work.
Is there a setting or configuration to do to eliminate this problem?
the machines have 32 and 16 gb of ram yet nothing changes.
I ask you for help because I no longer know what to do;

should set the graphic settings on if (but what version do you have? ).
Maybe that's what makes you trouble. I don't think it could be the solid-state record, I think it's weird.

Yes, I have already tried;
I also tried by installing a nvidia driver a few years ago; but nothing changes:-(
