I come to the point. we still have proe2001 in the company and we were considering the possibility of switching to wf5 as we now have to change hardware.
our dealer has provided us with a workstation with installed the program to let us try it for a few weeks but immediately we have noticed a behavior that for us is a defect: the time between when pressing the right button and when the context menu appears that allows for example to make changes to a feature or other. pass about 0.6-0.8 sec.!. as the menu appears with fading we tried to see if we found an option to remove fading but nothing. we gave the cause to the hardware not exactly the maximum but also trying the software on a machine with 8gb ram and 1gb video things change little. It is true that with proe2001 the number of clicks is greater but there are no noticeable complaints. the right button at the end of the day averagely is pressed 2500 - 3000 times and then you soon do the accounts of the loss of time.
Is it by chance that we are aware of the possibility of improving this latency which is inexplicable because it also occurs with very simple parts and does not seem directly linked to the weight of the loaded objects?
