slow opening axioms - creo 8

Good morning, everyone!
for 6 months I have been immersed in the world of creo 8, everything (after a start a little shock) is fine, but I still don't understand why I put an eternity to open the asses. this morning I opened a not particularly large set (200 details) and it took 10/12 minutes. I don't think it's normal. I come from solidworks and for a set like this (also seen that my computer is new to a week and with all the most performing features) I would have expected to open up in a minute more or less, instead often for rescues and openings I happen to miss really much time. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much in advance and good day!

I work on the company server sharing with my colleague, for the paths what should I look for? Sorry but I got into the config.pro file for now, I used the design configurations before me until now
