slow saving file opening on server

provided that I work on servers, i.e., I have all the data on servers (except the software proe that stands on my hd). from a bit of time to this part I found an extreme slowness in saving and opening files. Taking a look at the lan speed win 7 monitoring, when I save or open, I get the maximum 10/13% of the available bandwidth. I have already tried to cuff with some key, but without any result. I tried to test the network by opening from the same .dwg file directories of autocad and bandwidth exploitation is much higher; In short, the problem is not net but pro-e. Below I bring back some key that I set without noticing any improvement.

Is the network gigabit? is it completely wired or is there any passage for wifi (also bridge)?

Maybe you have directory with many files? from what I read long ago pro-and does not save the absolute path of the files of the parts in the file together, but only the name part, for which it must scan all the directories listed in the configuration until it finds all the parts of which it is composed the axieme, and then upload it to video. so what seems slow to you on the network maybe it's only time spent by the client to search for files on the server's disk, and then the network traffic you see is not file traffic but only file interconnections to the server.

Yes, many files, but the fact "strange" and that the slowness is in the rescue. and I assure you that the thing is stressful, waiting even 1 minute to save is a break. First, I didn't have this problem. I'm told that they didn't change anything on the network.
