slowness in rescue

Bye to all,
in a fairly heavy table (55 mb) known that cpu, ram and lan are used around 20%.
I have long time to save, >10', and I wonder if it's normal to have these timings.

Why not use them at 80%? as sw reason on saving on an internal server at the lan?

of the processor use only one core, so you will never see it at 100%, if the ram is plentiful and the net is at 1 gbit maybe the bottleneck is the processor.
