snap out of window

Good evening, I apologize if a thread has already been opened in the past about this, but I can no longer find this command anywhere.
In short, when I go to create a line with the object snap on this hooks up and starts creating the line from another snap that is not even present in the screen of my laptop. I remember that time ago I put this approach to a particular design, only that now I would like to put the setting back as originally :roflmao:

I don't think that's what I think it was a command where you had to type 0 or 1 based on activation or not.
